Lazy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
Half stick of Butter
2 Rolls of Biscuits
1 Rotisserie Chicken
2 cups of Peas
2 cups of  Green Beans
2 tbsp Flour
Johnnies Garlic Salt
1/3 cup of milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut your Biscuits in quarters.

















Melt butter in large pan, add rotisserie chicken and cook until warm, sprinkle with flour stir until combined
and then add milk.


















Add a couple Teaspoons or shakes of your garlic salt and stir.
Let the combination thicken, and then add your Pees and Green Beans.






















Add the mixture to a casserole pan, arrange your quartered biscuits on top.















Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cousin Chase's Bleu Cheese Spaghetti

















Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
1 lb lean Ground Beef
Spaghetti Sauce ( I like the sausage kind)
Spaghetti Noodles

Directions:
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Brown your beef in a skillet, lightly top with some seasoning salt and strain.
Add your Spaghetti Sauce and Bleu Cheese Dressing to your skillet.






















Stir until combined and let it heat up a bit.




















Then toss with noodles and your all done!

It is absolutely delicious and divine.

My hubby actually introduced me to this beer, I thought id try it but I never thought i would enjoy it as much as I do.

My parents call my husband and I "traitors" because we like Canadian beer! HaHa!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless of chicken breasts
8 bacon strips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wrap bacon around chicken breasts tightly.
Place chicken on baking sheet.
Cook for 30-40 minutes.




Eat with cottage cheese or pasta.




Nanas Biscuits and Gravy!




Ingredients:
1 pound of sausage
1/4 cup flour
Two teaspoons chicken bouillon powder or two cubs of chicken bouillon
2 1/2 cups milk
Two cans refrigerated cans of buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Bake your biscuits in oven according to package.
Meanwhile cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Lightly top with Johnny's seasoning salt.
Stir in flour.





















Gradually add milk, cook until mixture comes to boil and thickens, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 2 minutes.


















Top biscuits with gravy and enjoy!!

Chili Velveeta Dip!

















Ingredients:
Half Block of Velveeta
Two cans Cheese Chili 
Fritos

Directions:
Poor cans of Chili into your crock pot or sauce pan. Heat on low-medium until mixture is warm.






















Cut the Velveeta into squares, add to chili mixture.
















Cover and stir occasionally. 
Heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Eat with Fritos!

Double Chocolate Brownies


Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup crushed M&M's or regular chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all dry ingredients in your stand mixer, add your crushed M&M's and coat with flour mixture.





















Add in the eggs, vanilla and oil. Mix until combined.
Spread batter into a greased 8x8 pan.





















Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.





















MMMMM. Now with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream and Ill be set!


My favorite coffee creamer of all time!

My absolute favorite coffee creamer of all time is the Baileys Coffee Creamer, French Vanilla.
Its non-alcoholic and absolutely devine!

Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries














3 large Zucchini's
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Panko crumbs
Olive Oil
Seasoning Salt - like Johnny's

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut your Zucchini into 1 inch pieces

Put your Zucchini in a baking dish, drizzle with Olive Oil and seasoning salt, gently toss, so your Zucchini is covered in the Olive Oil mixture.
Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Panko crumbs.
Place in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Your Zucchini Fries are done when you can stick a fork through them easily.

Green Tea Peppermint Frappuccino with Java Chips!

If your a Starbucks & chocolate chip mint ice cream lover this is a got to try!!!
Its a Green Tea Peppermint Frappuccino with Java Chips!

It tastes just like chocolate chip mint ice cream!



Deliciousness!

Broccoli Cheese Soup!

Ingredients


1 3/4 - 2 cups chicken broth (Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Stock is a great one!)
1 small onion
1/3 cup flour
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 - 3 cups (approx) chopped broccoli
1-2 cups shredded carrots

Directions
Chop your onion, carrots and broccoli.

Chop Chop!

In Dutch oven, simmer your chicken stalk and onions. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until onions are soft.
Add your broccoli and carrots light coat them with the chicken broth mixture. Then cover and let the broccoli and carrots steam.
In small sauce pan melt butter, add your flour, salt and pepper, whisk together until you get a roué. Slowly whisk in your milk. Set the temp at low and let thicken.
While you let your milk mixture thicken grate your cheese!

Mmmmmm! Cheese!
Add your milk mixture to your chicken stock mixture. Stir until combined.
Add your cheeses, stirring until completely melted.


Remove from heat and ENJOY!

P.S. if you don't have Swiss Cheese or Sharp Cheddar, use whatever you have. 
It wont taste the same but it will still be delicious!

Best Soap EVER!

My favorite soap of all time that we use on everything.
It contains Colloidal Silver, which is a natural anti-fungal and it fixes acne!
My favorite is called Soap for Troubled Skin Rosemary.

Valentine's Day M&M Cookies!

Pink or Red Food Coloring
1 Cup Butter Softened
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Large Egg + 1 Yolk
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 Cups All Purpose Flower
One Package of Instant Vanilla Pudding (3.4 oz)
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Package of M&Ms (12 oz)
1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
Beat together the butter and brown sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Add two or three squirts of  your red or pink food coloring, and add it to your butter mixture, beat until combined.
Mix together the flour, vanilla pudding, corn starch, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture and mix just until combined. In the refrigerator (cover over night is best, but at least until firm).
Roll Cookies to desired size and place on parchment paper (atop of your cookie sheet) a couple inches apart. Bake cookies for about 7-10 minutes.
