Cousin Chase's Bleu Cheese Spaghetti

















Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
1 lb lean Ground Beef
Spaghetti Sauce ( I like the sausage kind)
Spaghetti Noodles

Directions:
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Brown your beef in a skillet, lightly top with some seasoning salt and strain.
Add your Spaghetti Sauce and Bleu Cheese Dressing to your skillet.






















Stir until combined and let it heat up a bit.




















Then toss with noodles and your all done!

Favorite Beer of all Time!!

Its so smooth, not too hopsy.
It is absolutely delicious and divine.

My hubby actually introduced me to this beer, I thought id try it but I never thought i would enjoy it as much as I do.

My parents call my husband and I "traitors" because we like Canadian beer! HaHa!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless of chicken breasts
8 bacon strips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wrap bacon around chicken breasts tightly.
Place chicken on baking sheet.
Cook for 30-40 minutes.




Eat with cottage cheese or pasta.




Nanas Biscuits and Gravy!




Ingredients:
1 pound of sausage
1/4 cup flour
Two teaspoons chicken bouillon powder or two cubs of chicken bouillon
2 1/2 cups milk
Two cans refrigerated cans of buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Bake your biscuits in oven according to package.
Meanwhile cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Lightly top with Johnny's seasoning salt.
Stir in flour.





















Gradually add milk, cook until mixture comes to boil and thickens, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 2 minutes.


















Top biscuits with gravy and enjoy!!

Chili Velveeta Dip!

















Ingredients:
Half Block of Velveeta
Two cans Cheese Chili 
Fritos

Directions:
Poor cans of Chili into your crock pot or sauce pan. Heat on low-medium until mixture is warm.






















Cut the Velveeta into squares, add to chili mixture.
















Cover and stir occasionally. 
Heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Eat with Fritos!

Double Chocolate Brownies


Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup crushed M&M's or regular chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all dry ingredients in your stand mixer, add your crushed M&M's and coat with flour mixture.





















Add in the eggs, vanilla and oil. Mix until combined.
Spread batter into a greased 8x8 pan.





















Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.





















MMMMM. Now with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream and Ill be set!


My favorite coffee creamer of all time!

My absolute favorite coffee creamer of all time is the Baileys Coffee Creamer, French Vanilla.
Its non-alcoholic and absolutely devine!

Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries














3 large Zucchini's
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Panko crumbs
Olive Oil
Seasoning Salt - like Johnny's

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut your Zucchini into 1 inch pieces

Put your Zucchini in a baking dish, drizzle with Olive Oil and seasoning salt, gently toss, so your Zucchini is covered in the Olive Oil mixture.
Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Panko crumbs.
Place in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Your Zucchini Fries are done when you can stick a fork through them easily.
