Lazy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
Half stick of Butter
2 Rolls of Biscuits
1 Rotisserie Chicken
2 cups of Peas
2 cups of  Green Beans
2 tbsp Flour
Johnnies Garlic Salt
1/3 cup of milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut your Biscuits in quarters.

















Melt butter in large pan, add rotisserie chicken and cook until warm, sprinkle with flour stir until combined
and then add milk.


















Add a couple Teaspoons or shakes of your garlic salt and stir.
Let the combination thicken, and then add your Pees and Green Beans.






















Add the mixture to a casserole pan, arrange your quartered biscuits on top.















Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cousin Chase's Bleu Cheese Spaghetti

















Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
1 lb lean Ground Beef
Spaghetti Sauce ( I like the sausage kind)
Spaghetti Noodles

Directions:
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Brown your beef in a skillet, lightly top with some seasoning salt and strain.
Add your Spaghetti Sauce and Bleu Cheese Dressing to your skillet.






















Stir until combined and let it heat up a bit.




















Then toss with noodles and your all done!

Favorite Beer of all Time!!

KOKANEE!




















Its so smooth, not too hopsy.
It is absolutely delicious and divine.

My hubby actually introduced me to this beer, I thought id try it but I never thought i would enjoy it as much as I do.

My parents call my husband and I "traitors" because we like Canadian beer! HaHa!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless of chicken breasts
8 bacon strips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wrap bacon around chicken breasts tightly.
Place chicken on baking sheet.
Cook for 30-40 minutes.




Eat with cottage cheese or pasta.




Nanas Biscuits and Gravy!




Ingredients:
1 pound of sausage
1/4 cup flour
Two teaspoons chicken bouillon powder or two cubs of chicken bouillon
2 1/2 cups milk
Two cans refrigerated cans of buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Bake your biscuits in oven according to package.
Meanwhile cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Lightly top with Johnny's seasoning salt.
Stir in flour.





















Gradually add milk, cook until mixture comes to boil and thickens, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 2 minutes.


















Top biscuits with gravy and enjoy!!

My baby Camden is enjoying the snow, while my other baby Coraline is not liking it so much!
Camden and her daddy are out playing and Coraline and mommy are staying cozy inside!
